About Anna Lloyd
My name is Anna Lloyd. I live in Los Angeles, CA, and my first book was published in 2022. I founded The Triangle Project, a conflict-resolution tool, and a professional essayist.

There will always be conflicts in your life. I am here to teach you tools on how to handle it with grace and empathy. Sometimes, good people face barriers to achieving their goals due to poor decisions. To resolve conflicts, experts use five tools: curiosity, attitude, active listening, connection, and reframing. The common link that ties these skills together is curiosity. Every class will be tailored to every client but here is a rough idea on what we will be going over.
Lesson Plan on Conflict Resolution
1. Curiosity: Define curiosity and discuss its role in understanding different perspectives.
2. Attitude: Explore maintaining a positive, empathetic attitude through brainstorming.
3. Active Listening: Practice listening skills.
4. Connection: Build connections by identifying empathy and shared experiences in conflict scenarios.
5. Reframing: Reframe conflicts positively through exercises, sharing how new perspectives can resolve issues.
