About Mariia
I am a student of the OU studying Health Science. I was born in the USSR, Russian is my native language. I graduated from the Mykolaiv State University (Ukraine) being awarded a Diploma in Pedagogy. The teaching experience I acquired giving private lessons of English language.

I prefer to give private lessons or to work in small groups what gives the advantage to focuse on an individual student and maximize the outcome. I was helping students with their homework in English subject, so the lesson (normally 1 hour) was divided in some sections: explanation of the task, rendering the information in a way comprehensible and familiar to them, repeating and revising of what had been learnt before.
