Your body is the canvas you are the artist. Medical and Iron Body Qi Gong is the key to extending your prime as a man or woman and will leave you relaxed like you're floating on solid clouds and leave you cut like you've done hundreds of pushups and sit-ups, with power and agility like a leopard, GUARANTEED. Iron Body Qi Gong will turn your body into steel, with movements identical to medical Qi gongs. The Classical Authentic Medical Qi Gongs will provide therapy for almost any ailment. These Qi Gongs also hold the martial attributes needed to make kungfu WORK, and my kungfu has been tested against boxers and kickboxers with success and jaw-dropping responses. Here I teach four different Iron Body Gongs, and 3 Different Medical CLASSICAL Qi Gongs depending on what you'd like to sculpt yourself into. Iron Body Qi Gongs Sam Chien-3 Battles Qi Gong, for styles like Wing Chun, Southern Praying Mantis and 5 Ancestors kungfu. Gives you inch power, you'll feel like a flexible but yet stable tree wrapped with barbed wire. Yin/Yang Iron Vest- for styles like Choy Li Fut, Northern Shaolin. Gives you serious long, whipping power, you'll have agility like a cheetah, functional strength like a monkey, with power like an elephant. Stone Warrior- For any style of martial arts. The most mentally and spiritually taxing. This set gives you short and long power, every fitness attribute increased tenfold, your body, flexible but arms legs, chest and back hard as the stone that holds Thor's Hammer. Not for beginners Medical Qi Gongs BaduanJin Qi Gong- The most simple yet effective medical qi gong. This Qi gong has hundreds of medical research articles and was used to heal and prevent Covid in China before the vaccines. This Qi Gong will leave you feeling like 70 degree weather on the inside. Silk Reeling Qi Gong- This Qi Gong form is traditionally a "pre training" to learn Tai Chi and contains all the elements of TaiChi Martial art, but will heal you. Unblocks all your energy channels, heals rusty joints, and gives you a huge boost of energy. Makes you feel like fresh, spring sparkling water all over.
