About Tia
As a dedicated theater practitioner with years of experience in acting, directing, and playwriting, I bring both passion and professionalism to every lesson. I’ve worked with students preparing for drama schools, emerging writers crafting their first plays, and performers at all levels seeking to deepen their craft. My educational path reflects my commitment to the craft. I’ve trained intensively in theater, and I’m currently enrolled in a three-year undergraduate program at a renowned acting academy in Spain, where I continue to refine my practice and stay connected to the evolving world of performance. My teaching is thoughtful, personalized, and grounded in real-world experience. Whether you’re refining a monologue, exploring your writing voice, or preparing for auditions, I offer a supportive and focused space where you can grow creatively and confidently. I believe in nurturing both skill and self-expression. My goal is not only to help you improve technically, but also to empower you to take bold steps in your artistic journey. My method is student-centered, creative, and supportive. I tailor each session to your goals and strengths, helping you grow with practical tools, honest feedback, and imaginative exploration. I mix technique with intuition to help you build both skill and confidence. A typical lesson includes: A short warm-up (voice/body/mind) Focused work (e.g., scene study, monologue coaching, script feedback) Reflection and next steps I often assign creative tasks or exercises between sessions to keep the momentum going. What sets me apart I'm not only a tutor but an active theater-maker, performer, and mentor. I understand the industry from multiple angles – artistic, academic, and professional – and bring that to each session. I’m known for creating a safe, motivating space where students dare to take risks and find their voice.
