Hi! I'm Lauren. In 2025, I suffered a severe loss. With that, I've found many coping mechanisms, strategies to decompress, and ways to find new hobbies and things about myself that I didn't know. I find it crucial to be able to find a moment during our day to find that level of peace and stability, so we can carry it throughout our day.

Lessons will cater to the specific situations of the student. We will go over certain environmental stresses that have caused a block in finding a way to help ourselves. We will make a list of old hobbies, hobbies you wish you had. Truly just get down to the nitty gritty of YOU and how we can help you find yourself. Even if it's a new version of yourself, or a new, fresh version.
