About Jessica
I am a university student studying veterinary medicine and love my area of study. I want to teach others about these subject that I enjoy and to help them reach any goals they may have academically without being held back by a lack of understanding which can sometimes remain unavoidable with larger class sizes.

I am a third year university student studying Veterinary Medicine so find myself confident with teaching others about maths. This is furthered by the fact that I have A levels in Biology and Chemistry at a grade standard A, I continued Maths to an AS level and received 9s in my GCSEs.
I aim to teach by going through the specifications of the course of the person I am tutoring and identifying areas where they struggle or lack confidence. I then would work on these areas of difficulty through explain actions and questions during the tutoring session and give them a few to work through on their own outside of tutoring which I can mark and go through with them to ensure that they have understood.
Having done some tutoring in the past I also recognise that different people may learn better with different techniques and so I would be pleased to talk with any students about how they feel that I can refocus my teaching or improve on certain areas
