About Estelle
Thanks to my experience as well as to the university and professional trainings that I followed, I learned to supervise various types of courses always in a perspective of sport health and well-being. I have been working as a sports coach for 4 years, I trained in France then I went to work in Canada where I have continued to train (specific training for the back; training programming; manual therapy).
I will know how to adapt the training to your injuries and possible pathologies, in order to help you develop your capacities in safety in the joy and the good mood!

The session will be built gradually according to the objectives, such as:
- overall fitness
- weight loss
- muscle mass gain
- muscle strengthening [N ] - improved mobility
- improved cardiovascular capacity
- preparation for a sporting event (half-marathon; obstacle course)
During the first meeting, I devote time to talk about your expectations and target your needs.
I can accompany you for different types of training:
Circuit training, cardio-muscle strengthening classes, Pilates, yoga, weight training, running, stretching, mobility.
[ N] I often integrate Trx type suspension straps, also elastic bands, Swiss ball, dumbbells, step.
The sessions can be individual, group, small group, at home, outdoors or online .
I will be happy to train you, see you in the field!
