About Warrior
Good afternoon: I am Carmen Morales Ortega. I have done the 200-hour yoga training course and Yoga Styles, also of 200 hours, at the YogaOne school (400h.), Madrid; both endorsed by Yoga Alliance. As you can see in my curriculum vitae I also have Pilates training. I teach yoga and pilates classes at L'Oreal Spain, in the Cuidarte yoga center; I also teach classes at home. I have experience teaching yoga classes in various centers. In Sicily I have taught Hatha - vinyasa yoga classes in English and Italian. I have also taught MamiFITness, yoga and Music and Movement classes for children (3 to 7 years old). I teach classes to large and small groups and individually. To children, adults, the elderly, families and companies. Each class that I give is different and is specially directed to the public of the same and at that moment. I like to innovate and for my students to learn to work with their body in a fun way and while practicing. I am very careful and respectful with my students and I put all my effort so that they know and learn to work their physique respecting it and avoiding any type of injury as much as possible. I am an open and very sociable person. I am a public relations graduate and I love dealing with people and working for the public. Te enamoras del yoga a través de Carmen una profesora extraordinaria, conecta contigo, está pendiente de tus necesidades e intereses y te ayuda hacer mejor los ejercicios. Y explica muy bien. Es muy buena persona te ayuda a conectar con tu ser interior a través de la práctica.
