About Radley
About Me
I am a dedicated educator, author, and academic mentor with a background in literacy, leadership, and curriculum design. I have been recognized in the top 0.1% nationally for vocabulary and reading achievement through Mensa-level assessment, and I bring that strength into every lesson I teach.
I am currently enrolled at Harbor Christian Schools (Class of 2027), where I also teach curriculum I designed within an accredited academic setting. This dual role has given me both student and instructor perspective, allowing me to understand academic expectations from both sides of the classroom. In addition to classroom teaching, I have experience supporting students with special needs and adapting instruction to meet diverse learning styles.
I have founded student councils at both Harbor Christian Schools and Great Hearts Live Oak.

About My Lessons
My lessons are structured, focused, and tailored to each student’s individual needs. I specialize in strengthening reading comprehension, vocabulary, writing clarity, and critical thinking, while also building strong study habits and academic confidence. Each session includes guided practice, direct instruction, and clear feedback that students can immediately apply to their schoolwork.
I have experience working with students with special needs and those who may struggle with focus or behavior. I use consistent routines, calm communication, and clear expectations to create a steady learning environment. When challenges arise, I break tasks into manageable steps and adjust pacing to keep students progressing without becoming overwhelmed.
My approach is both supportive and structured. Students are encouraged, challenged appropriately, and given practical tools to grow steadily over time. The goal is not just short-term improvement, but lasting academic skill and independence.
