Thanks for your kind remarks I also really enjoyed the session, you are extremely professional and explain things really well and to send a report like this is fantastic for me to remember what we went through today and remind me of things to try to eliminate which is just what I want also the video idea is very very good, I have watched it all back and you improved my strokes in that short time I wish I had heard of you a few years ago, but I am still very keen to improve and play properly and improve my technique I always want to win but even if I lose playing a proper topspin game, I can accept that. Even though I didn't have the chance to train too much with Bogdan, only 3 sessions, I could say his a very good person and coach. We knew that he will leave and the time is short and he made a special set for those training sessions in order to get as much as possible from that short time. He reads your very quickly and he knows what you could start to improve since the first lesson. I hope I will have the chance to train with Bogdan again, I totally recommend him.

Getting into a new sport can be challenging, but with the right mentor, you can have a great experience, besides mastering the skills. I had the pleasure to play table tennis with Bogdan and do some 1-to-1 coaching sessions. I used to be so strained, impatient and always tried to finish the points quick. Bogdan taught me to play more relaxed table tennis, using my whole body more efficiently in every stroke, with a focus on the moment of impact to have quality, spin or power in each type of stroke. I've been training with a lot of coaches before, but none of them was as efficient as Bogdan and it can be seen in the way he transmits the information to the student, avoiding overwhelming with useless details and focusing on a progressive training program to develop all your strokes, instincts, reflexes and skills. He is the most friendly person I met in my life and to all the future students who will choose to work with him, table tennis will become even more enjoyable and fun, even when playing in important competitions.
He is very humble and very respectful to everyone, even in a tough competition where the stakes are high and it's a pleasure to watch him playing very intelligent and strategic table tennis, he is a magician at the table with an incredible feeling.
