About Hyunjung
I am a certified Korean teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience in Korea and the UK.
I studied piano at a music college and completed a Master’s degree in Music Education.
I was born and raised in Korea and have lived and worked in the US, India, and now the UK.
I enjoy helping students build confidence, understand Korean deeply, and achieve their personal learning goals.

My lessons are well-structured but friendly and supportive. I mainly use the Sejong Korean textbooks and prepare additional materials to suit each student’s level and goals.
Lessons focus on:
1. Pronunciation (clear Standard Seoul accent)
2. Grammar explained step by step
3. Vocabulary building for practical use
4. Speaking practice for real-life communication
5. TOPIK preparation, including exam strategies and common question types I provide homework to help students review and improve between lessons.
My classes are suitable for complete beginners, as well as students preparing for TOPIK who want clear guidance and effective strategies.
