About Charlie
My name is Charlie Ford and I am a professional touring musician and teacher. I graduated from the Jazz and contemporary music program at Monash University in 2019, and have been teaching both privately and in institutions since 2013. I have guided students through both VCE and AMEB exams providing both private and group lessons, as well as taking ensembles. I am also a regular in the live music scene across Australia, touring with major Artists such as Allday and playing alongside other notable artists such as San Cisco.

I am a hands on and passionate teacher, always trying to make lessons as fun and engaging as possible. My teaching philosophy is to always structure lessons around the needs of the student, creating a program with practical and proven concepts to allow the student to get the most out of their drumming!
