About Gohan
I am a dedicated and compassionate yoga teacher committed to helping my students find balance, strength, and mindfulness in their everyday lives. My teaching style is rooted in clarity, patience, and alignment-focused practice, and I strive to create a warm, supportive space where practitioners of all levels feel comfortable and encouraged.
Trained in classical Hatha and Vinyasa traditions, I blend breathwork, mindful movement, and relaxation techniques to offer holistic sessions that nurture both the body and the mind. In every class, I emphasize mindful awareness, safe posture transitions, and building confidence through steady, consistent practice.
Whether I am guiding beginners or experienced practitioners, I believe in meeting each student exactly where they are. My aim is to inspire you to connect deeply with yourself, develop inner resilience, and carry the calm and awareness of yoga beyond the mat.
