I am a dedicated and disciplined yoga practitioner with six years of consistent training under experienced and highly qualified yoga faculty members. My learning is rooted in the traditional Guru–Shishya parampara, which emphasizes discipline, authenticity, and deep understanding rather than surface-level practice.
I have strong practical experience in Ashtanga Yoga, along with exposure to Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga, and Kriya Yoga. I am trained in performing all six traditional Shatkriyas, and I regularly practice pranayama, mudras, and meditation techniques. This well-rounded foundation allows me to guide students safely and effectively.
I have also had the opportunity to conduct yoga sessions for large groups of students, especially in academic environments, which has strengthened my confidence, communication skills, and sense of responsibility as a teacher. I believe in maintaining professionalism, punctuality, and respect in every class.
My goal is to help students develop physical strength, mental clarity, focus, and inner balance through yoga. I aim to create a calm, supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable, motivated, and encouraged to grow at their own pace.

My Teaching Approach:
My approach as a yoga teacher is rooted in traditional practice, discipline, and mindful learning. I follow the Guru–Shishya tradition, ensuring that students understand not only how to practice yoga, but also why each technique is performed.
Each class usually follows a structured and progressive format. Sessions begin with gentle warm-ups and breathing awareness, followed by Ashtanga yoga asanas practiced with proper alignment and synchronized breath. Depending on the student’s level, I gradually introduce pranayama, mudras, kriya techniques, and guided meditation. Every session ends with relaxation to help the body and mind fully absorb the practice.
As a teacher, my special focus is on correct posture, breathing, safety, and mental awareness. I adapt the practice to suit individual needs, physical conditions, and learning pace. I emphasize consistency, discipline, and inner balance rather than rushing into advanced postures.
My classes are intended for beginners, intermediate learners, college students, working professionals, and adults who are interested in learning yoga in a traditional and systematic way. No prior yoga experience is required, as I guide students step by step with clarity and patience.
