I am a UEFA B Licensed Coach, currently completing my UEFA A Licence, with over 10 years of experience coaching across academy, grassroots, and elite women’s football in both Spain and the UK. I hold a BSc in Football Coaching from London Metropolitan University and an MSc in Sports Performance Analysis from Middlesex University. Throughout my coaching journey, I’ve had the privilege of working with clubs such as Fulham FC Academy, Arsenal in the Community, West Ham United Women (1st Team), and London City Lionesses. My Approach to Coaching & Player Development My coaching philosophy is player-centred and individualised, focused on helping each player unlock their full potential. Every session is tailored to your goals, development stage, and learning style, with a strong emphasis on game-relevant practices and modern feedback tools to drive performance and build game insight. Sessions typically target four key areas: ️ Technical Execution: First touch, passing, dribbling, ball control, and finishing ️ Tactical Understanding: Positioning, movement, decision-making, game awareness ️ Physical Development: Agility, coordination, speed with the ball, balance ️ Psychological Skills: Confidence, focus, resilience, and mindset under pressure Session Format 1-to-1 or small group sessions Duration: 60 to 80 minutes Tailored to the player's level (ages 5 to 23+), from grassroots to elite development If you’re looking to train with purpose, structure, and professionalism, I would be delighted to support your football journey.
