About Amber
From a very young age I suffered from an acute anxiety and panic attack disorder. This lead to many years of depression, and at some points I couldn’t leave the house.
I felt trapped, until I decided the only person who could help me, is me.
Once I found the gym, I became fixated on it, that adrenaline of doing one more set, and the endorphins after knowing every time I step foot into a gym, or begin a workout, I am doing it for the future me, I just loved it.
The gym became my therapy, and after discovering NLP, my life completely changed. Creating a mindset using a therapy technique where it was solution-based, rather than past-trauma based was so eye opening for me.
When feeling stuck it’s hard to know where to turn or what to do, going to the gym or working out doesn’t mean you have to go every single day relentlessly, however it does give you the space in your mind to clear up those issues bothering you.

I am here to talk, as well as help you train.
Having self-discipline is the key to succeeding, and once you have found this you’ll see your life change.
I was once very unhappy in my body, and my mind, however once I found the gym and NLP, I was able to become the person I am today.
I will create you a program which will contain both a body training plan, and a mind training plan, personalised to your needs.
Anyone is able to become fit and healthy, it’s just how you get there. Create the correct mentality and the results will always follow.
