About Kristen
About Me I’m a 200 RYT Yoga Teacher with 8 years of experience and a certified Pilates instructor, passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and at home in their bodies. My classes are a blend of sweat, laughter, and soul—equal parts challenging and grounding. I bring a free-spirited, relatable vibe to every session, because movement should feel fun, not intimidating. My goal is to create a space where you can work hard, let go, and reconnect with yourself. When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me soaking up nature, geeking out on all things “woo,” and finding inspiration in everyday life. I believe fitness is more than just building muscles—it’s about building energy, resilience, and self-love from the inside out. Strong body. Grounded spirit. Empowered woman.
