I was never fat, but being in my early 40's I definitively gain a bit more cellulite on the tights and more tummy.
I told her I want to be a bit more fit and less tired. I also told her I never do exercise, although I walk or dance quite a bit.
She designed a well-thought work-out program for a beginner like me as well as diet program. I tried to stick to eat the best I could with some little rule breaking here and there.

Perfect! I was looking for a postpartum-focused program where I could gently ease into things. One of my favourite parts of the program was Ravinder's constant feedback and adjustments to plan according to my situation.
