About Lucy
I qualified as a personal trainer in 2020 and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sports from Durham University. With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve not only built my own confidence and muscle through weight training but also guided others on their fitness journeys. I began by coaching one-to-one clients in the gym and now specialise in online coaching, helping people worldwide achieve their goals. My passion lies in creating sustainable habits, boosting self-belief, and making fitness an empowering part of everyday life.
