About Louis
As a former professional tennis player, I’ve spent years pushing my physical limits and honing the mental discipline required to succeed in elite sport. This background has given me firsthand insight into what it takes to achieve peak performance, both on and off the court. Today, I channel that same drive into my personal training business, Fortis Fit, where I help people of all fitness levels reach their full potential through tailored programs designed to meet individual goals.
But my passion doesn’t stop at fitness. I’m also the host of the Talk4 Podcast, where I’ve had the privilege of interviewing top performers from a range of industries, including fighter pilots, elite military commanders, and health experts. These conversations have further enriched my approach to personal training, incorporating lessons in resilience, mental toughness, and leadership that I share with my clients.
Beyond fitness and podcasting, I’m a huge aviation enthusiast, and I’ve had the incredible opportunity to work with some of the world’s top jet demonstration teams, including the Patriots Jet Team and the F-22 Demo Team. This unique blend of experiences has shaped my perspective on what it means to push limits, both mentally and physically, and I bring that energy to every personal training session.
