My approach combines mindfulness, self-awareness, and practical guidance to make the practice easy to integrate into your daily life. Using intuition, I recognize what each person needs in the moment and apply the right techniques—whether it’s grounding, focus, or emotional release—to make every session deeply personal and transformative. My goal is to help you experience meditation in a way that truly fits you and supports lasting inner change.
