I am Keith Mcniven a former British and English national champion athlete and founder of zonebodyfit.co.uk. I have over 10 years experience in one to one personal training.
I have built a strong reputation in providing rapid, safe and impressive results for all of my clients. I have many years experience, with proven results and I am fully committed to working with you to deliver excellent sustainable long term results, not just quick fixes.
