About Zack
I'm Zack, a trauma-informed relationship coach and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for helping people communicate more honestly and connect more deeply. My background combines years of experience in communication science, nervous system-informed practice, and supporting people through meaningful personal growth.
What I love most about coaching isn't giving advice - it's creating a space where people can slow down, untangle what's keeping them stuck, and practice showing up more authentically in their relationships. I believe meaningful change comes through curiosity, self-awareness, and compassionate practice rather than perfection.
Outside of coaching, you'll usually find me reading, climbing, playing guitar, or spending time outdoors. Those hobbies remind me that growth in any area of life comes from showing up consistently, embracing the learning process, and allowing ourselves to be human along the way.

Healthy relationships aren't built by memorizing the "right" things to say - they're built by understanding yourself, communicating honestly, and feeling safe enough to show up authentically.
Whether you're navigating dating, recovering from a difficult relationship, struggling to communicate your needs, or finding yourself stuck in familiar patterns, our sessions are a space to slow down and make sense of what's happening beneath the surface.
Together we'll explore practical communication skills, boundaries, emotional awareness, and the mind-body connection that shapes the way we relate to ourselves and others. Rather than offering scripts or quick fixes, I help clients develop the confidence and self-trust to communicate in ways that feel genuine and sustainable.
Every session is collaborative, personalized, and grounded in curiosity rather than judgment. My goal is to help you leave with greater clarity, practical tools, and a stronger sense of connection: to yourself and to the people who matter most.
