About Mel
I am a literature specialist, historian, and writer by profession. My first Master's degree was awarded by the University of Bergen in 2023 in Spanish and Latin American Studies. My second Master's degree was awarded by the School of Writers in Madrid in 2025.
I have a passion for learning, writing, creativity, and sharing the culture that raised me with the world.

I've lived in several places in Norway, including Bergen, Drammen, Vennesla, and Kristiansand. Although I don't have formal training as a teacher, I offer conversation and homework support in Norwegian to help people learning the language. I'm currently based in Spain, so I have more opportunities to help Spanish speakers learn Norwegian. However, I also speak English at a native level, so I'd be open to teaching English speakers as well.
