About Disha
My name is Disha Goswami, and I am a creative and versatile Music and Art enthusiast. I enjoy and promote the spirit of quality and excellence in my respective profession. I am passionate about Music and am settled in Jaipur, Rajasthan (India). I am well-versed in Hindi and English. I hold a good Academic and Musical background, and a galore of rich experience and achievements in the field of Music and Art, such as: Completed the Bachelor’s degree in Performing Arts (Violin), from Rajasthan Sangeet Sansthan “University of Rajasthan” Jaipur. Also pursuing advanced grade for international certification from Trinity College London. I was the single Indian violinist to be a part of two international projects that happened in 2020. The first project was conducted by a Music student of London in which there were 55 young musicians from 25 different nationalities and the other one was conducted by an Indonesian artist on the occasion of “World Aids Day”. I won Gold in a national level competition organized in Alwar Rajasthan, India. I was also the finalist of State Level Competition named “Rajasthan Ke Hunarbaz” organized by India’s largest media house Dainik Bhaskar. I was invited to perform on many big stages on very prestigious occasions like World Heritage Day organized by the Department of Archaeology, State government of Rajasthan. And in World Music Day celebration with Bollywood celebrities organized by premier music academy of Rajasthan named LEADING NOTE MUSIC ACADEMY, Jaipur Rajasthan. I have also performed many times for national television Doordarshan Kendra and All India Radio. I was also featured in many national level newspapers / TV channels as well as FM Radio.

In past few years I have taught different age groups, from 10 years to 50 years old. I mainly focus on the technique and intonation, because playing violin is all about playing beautifully. It doesn't matter on what level you are, everybody has a room for improvement, and I am here to help you out! :)
