About Daniele
I started practicing Hatha Yoga about ten years ago and luckily I found a MASTER OF LIFE, because of these we are talking about, that has made me discover this discipline, quite tired in the beginning. The study done with him during these years is over the applications of the Iyengar theory, one of the pioneers of the XX century in the field of yoga. Thanks to the applications of these theories I have been able to improve in practice and improve my way of seeing things, the world and life in general. I started at the beginning as a student and then as a collaborator for 4 years there in Italy, and I want to start here as well, teaching what for me was a change of life. Namaste

Continue writing Hello .. :) I am Daniele, I am Italian, I am 32 years old and luckily I found yoga about ten years ago, and from there I have never stopped. I started practicing because my back and back hurt and after spending a lot of money on physio, massage, etc, I tried yoga and started to love this discipline. Over the years I have selected several "ASANAS" (postures), specific for the treatment of back pains, something that I suffered myself, and that they have given me, after a careful selection and a lot of practice, the possibility of starting to forget little by little what the sense of back pain was. I do not think of being a teacher, I think simply of being a person who has proven on himself the beneficial effects that this millenary practice does on the organism and he wants that the people who suffer daily from back and spine pain can forget what it means have pain and can look at life with a bigger smile.

Perfect! Hola, estoy encantada con Daniele, me ha enseñado a descubrir la cultura del yoga y es muy buen profesor, prepara ejercicios a medida de mis necesidades ya que no había practicado nunca yoga, Ya he recibido varias clases y por supuesto que seguiré, he aprendido a querer el yoga y a darle la importancia que realmente tiene. Es un Profesor de yoga excelente, recomendable totalmente sin ninguna duda.
- El yoga es una practica en la que lo mas importante son la constancia y la gana de aprender. Magdalena desde la primera clase ha demostrado de ser una persona con muchísima gana de aprender y una persona que quiere conseguir resultados con su constancia, esto lo demuestra cada clase que hacemos.
