About Fiona
I am currently a college student studying Acting and Performance and I have an Advanced Higher in Drama. Having only recently left school, I have an intimate knowledge of current SQA exams and also of how and why students struggle in particular areas. I have experience in helping younger students and have led some drama classes. I tutor because I love sharing my knowledge with others and I especially enjoy helping others improve and reach their full potential in a subject I am passionate about; in future I hope to add a teaching degree onto my college education.

The first session will be centred around getting to know my pupil and what their strengths and (in particular) weaknesses are in the subject. From there on the sessions will cover everything they need to improve on to pass their exams and will take into account their preferred style of learning eg. visual. As Drama is highly practical, online sessions may seem difficult but I will ensure that it does not interfere with the quality of the material. For example, acting in drama can be taught well over video call and the theoretical sides can be taught on a video call using screen share or on a shared document that can be edited by pupil and tutor simultaneously.
