About Andrew
I am a new tutor and only a student now, but I have worked at the National Museum of the Marine Corps and the Historic Ships of Baltimore as an educator. I was also a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps, where I was often responsible for teaching people to use weapons and power tools.

I try to learn about how my student thinks, it seems that this is essential to making someone understand something. That being said, if I a fixed approach, in history it is to relate the subject as much as possible to a less arcane subject, in Math my approach is to simplify ideas to their most fundamental meaning and then build upon that base.
