About Sofia
My name is Sofia and I’m currently a student at the University of California: San Diego for international business and accounting. Outside of my interest in business, I have 10 years of experience playing the violin and served as the concert mistress for my high school’s orchestra for 4 years. Additionally, I have worked as a musical vocal director twice during my time at UCSD and have also performed in a musical theater pit orchestra as the lead violinist for the Long Beach Playhouse. In my free time, you can find me reading, watching anime, and discovering new restaurants with my friends.

I teach my students according to their skill level and preferred learning methods. Every session is catered to the individual students’ needs and curriculum is largely based on specific learning objectives of each student. As a current student myself, I understand how to navigate tutoring to make the experience both fun and informative for all students. My violin lessons are best suited for students in high school or below.
