About Katerina
Hi. My name is Katya. I’m a native speaker and certified tutor with more than 7 years of teaching experience with students of all ages. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Linguistics and Pedagogy. Graduated from the National Linguistic University of Kyiv. Ukrainian is my native language. Individual and group classes are available. I have experience in organizing learning process for a group of teachers. I also do written and oral translations.

I am offering online classes of the Ukrainian language. My students start speaking Ukrainian at the very first class even if starting from zero, as I use a communicative approach and plan sessions in a certain way. My teaching approach is that grammar rules and structures are a tool to work on and improve your language, but not the focus of the class. The focus is your successful communication in Ukrainian.

We can schedule your first online FREE session as soon as possible. This is the time when I usually tell a new student more about my methodology, class components, see his/her Ukrainian level, discuss his/her goals and times in studying Ukrainian, answer questions. As soon as I hear your goals and your timeliness I will be able to do a program to suit your individual needs.
I really care about my students’ success in Ukrainian and I love seeing their results, progress and satisfaction in the learning process. You are very welcome to join my online classes. Just send me an email telling a little about your background, your goals and reasons for learning Ukrainian.
If you start from zero and want a faster progress it’s recommended to begin with several classes a week. Intensive Ukrainian course is also available. In case you have a busy schedule and want to take one class per week we will take the most of it. You learn at your own pace. I am flexible and adapt to my students busy schedules.
