Hi! I’m Manaswini, a sophomore at UC San Diego with a strong quantitative background and a passion for making math easier to understand. As someone preparing for a career in investment banking, I’ve developed a sharp analytical mindset and problem-solving skills that I bring into every tutoring session.

As a UCSD student headed into investment banking with a 1520 SAT score on my first attempt, I bring both academic excellence and real-world focus. I make math, English, and SAT prep clear, personalized, and effective. I’ve been where you are—and I know how to get you where you want to be.
I am a very patient teacher and walk my students through every step on the way to make sure concepts are absorbed and assimilated. I also match my students’ pace.
A typical lesson plan with me starts with revision of basics/what was learnt last class and then move on to new topics. I aim to have weekly lessons to keep concepts fresh.
My lessons are perfect for all middle school and high school students who are preparing for college applications, APs and entrances like SATs. I am comfortable with any grade level for Mathematics and English.
What sets me apart is my patience for students with all learning curves (having scribed for neurodiverse students). I also take time to walk through students who aren’t comfortable in English (and can also speak in a few south asian languages in places where translation is needed, ex: Hindi).
