About Tom
Hello! I’m a Biology student at the University of Oxford with a long-standing passion for learning and explaining scientific concepts. I achieved 10 As at GCSE, 4 As at A-level, and Gold awards in both the Biology and Chemistry Olympiads. I’ve also published articles and given talks on biology at my former school, which helped me realise how much I enjoy sharing knowledge. I want to teach because I genuinely love helping students reach those “lightbulb moments” where difficult ideas suddenly make sense. My goal is not only to guide you through exams and interviews, but also to help you develop real curiosity, confidence, and independent study skills that will support you far beyond the classroom.

I am currently reading Biology at the University of Oxford and have a strong academic background, achieving 10 As at GCSE and 4 As at A-level. I hold Gold awards in both the Biology and Chemistry Olympiads, and I have extensive experience with A-level content, university applications, and interview preparation. Alongside my studies, I have published multiple articles and delivered several talks on biological topics at my former school, reflecting my passion for communicating science.
