About Antonia
Hi, I have completed my elementary and secondary education in Hong Kong, and am now attending the University of Toronto studying Life Sciences. I have taken the IB diploma throughout my high school years, and the British patterned curriculum, IGCSE.
I can teach the IB subjects biology, chemistry, and psychology at both higher and standard levels, along with providing guidance in TOK. I can also teach sciences and maths from middle school to high school.

As an individual who has taken the IB diploma, I understand the struggles and difficulties students may have in subjects such as biology, chemistry, psychology, and math. My teaching methods are focused on developing the student's understanding of these subjects by helping them learn difficult concepts and knowing the tricks of how to gain more marks in the exam, especially for students who are taking the IB curriculum.
Firstly, I like to get to know the student and their level of comfort towards the subject and tailor my lessons based on their weaknesses. Typical lessons will include teaching course material and providing exam-based questions to help develop the student's confidence in the subject.
What sets me apart from other tutors is that I am very passionate and dedicated to not only helping students achieve their ideal grades but making the subject more enjoyable to learn.
