About Henry
I was first interested in Spanish when visiting my grandma who lives in Spain at a very young age and was very disappointed that my primary school didn’t teach any Spanish whatsoever, so my mum kindly got me a Spanish tutor at age 6. This gave me an advantageous headstart for when I reached secondary school I studied Spanish from year 7 all the way through to GCSE, obtaining a grade 8 and then at college I continued onto Spanish A level, obtaining a grade A. I am now studying Spanish at the University of Newcastle as a joint honours with business studies and I am currently in my first year.

My lessons are tailored to the student and what he/she hopes to achieve from learning Spanish, whether that be cultural, political, historical or entirely language based. I am more than happy to teach from a syllabus if the student wants to be tutored for the purpose of improving exam results or in a wider format if the interest is in learning the language for other motives.
