About Sophie

My name is Sophie. I first became interested in Psychology and Sociology when I was affected by a close friend of mine struggling with their mental health. This pushed me to explore the causes behind certain mental illnesses that she may have been struggling with and also led me to research the symptoms and treatments too. From there I decided to take GCSE Psychology and subsequently A-Level Psychology and Sociology. My interest has deepened and grown substantially over the years to lead me into my BSc degree of Criminology with Psychology. I love teaching as I am able to help those who are struggling to succeed, whilst also improving and reinforcing my own knowledge on some vital areas of Psychology and Sociology.

About the lesson

I will be focusing on GCSE and A-level Psychology and A-level Sociology. I have completed both my GCSEs and A-levels in these subjects and am extremely passionate about them in regards to my undergraduate studies now. These core concepts that are learned in GCSE and A-level are vital to undergraduate study, and my hope is to further the education of many students so that they are able to have the freedom to decide what to do with their futures/future studies.
