About Sylvia
I'm a current student in USYD. I was born in a northern city in China so my mother language is Mandarin. When I was in junior I fell in love with Cantonpop, the pop music in Hong Kong. Not only for the melody but also for the wonderful lyrics. Then I began to study Cantonese by myself which was a long run struggling. In the past few years, my passion of Cantonpop has never weakened as time went by. Now I have a complete learning system for Cantonese learning. The most essential thing in learning a new language is not to insist to recite or memorize, but to make yourself get to love it by your heart. There's a Chiese saying: your interest is the best teacher. So my job is not only to teach you Cantonese but to guide you in the Cantonese world and be your asistant.

I used to learn Cantonese by myself and this is the 7th year I have fell in live with Cantonese. As a non-native speaker, I know the biggest obstacles and most common problems that a new learner will be cunfused with. Anyone who would like to learn Cantonese can join my lessons!
