About Hilary
I’m a Food Process Engineer with experience teaching Nutrition and Dietetics in Cameroon since 2022. I enjoy helping university students understand complex nutrition concepts in a simple, practical, and engaging way, while building their confidence and supporting them throughout their academic journey. I also enjoy conducting monitoring and evaluation for projects.

I make nutrition easy to understand by connecting science to real life situations. We will learn through simple explanations, discussions, examples, case studies, and quizzes. Each lesson includes a quick review, a new topic, practice, and recap. I teach college and degree students at different levels, adapting to their needs and goals.
