About Masih
Hi! In my third year of university life in London ,available to tutor maths, biology and chemistry up to A level standard.
I am a tutor with plentiful experience who is very friendly, approachable and hardworking individual.
I am very passionate about learning, since I believe it is a very powerful tool. And I would like to reciprocate my love for learning by helping others by tutoring them and helping them understand what they are learning about.
I apply 2 distinct methods when teaching:
-Going over the textbook and answering questions related to the specific content that is taught
-Visual Learning (eg. pictures, videos) to aid the student understand exactly what they are supposed to learn, before attempting questions.
This is because, from my experiences and from even understanding myself, I have realised that in particular aspects, one works better than the other. I believe that thorough testing every week is essential to make sure one understands the content they have learnt , which i would apply to my tutoring sessions.
I have many hobbies such as composing music, playing the violin and piano and playing chess in my free time.
I've been playing the violin for 16 years now and I have achieved my diploma my violin studies and I have plenty experience in teaching students in my own school as part of the orchestra. Here I apply a very patient approach. Violin lessons begin very slowly as there is a lot to learn but with time, progress becomes much faster. Violin playing is a hobby which has helped me a lot as well as given me many unique and special opportunities I would have never thought about.

Masih taught me maths for a few months and he is really helpful and moderately strict. He has helped push my grades up a lot!
I have known Masih for 7 years during his time as my violin student at Junior Trinity College of Music. Masih has always worked incredibly hard and with great intelligence. I have no doubt whatsoever that he will be a great teacher.
I have known Masih and his family since they moved to London when he was a boy. We live in adjacent garden flats whose side front doors directly face each other, I have watched him growing up, studying well and now applying for medical college. Naturally, I have listened to his progress as a musician!
