About Holly
There are so many people, places, and things that I am thankful to have experienced which will help guide me through programs with you. What I offer is a myriad of information from the Vegetarian Health Institute as an accredited scholar of a Natural Nutrition Certificate. This would be combined with the practical skills that I acquired during my Community Development diploma program, including but not limited to; facilitating empowering processes, working across differences, building strengths & creative problem solving.

Awareness surrounding the powers of biology in creating our own medicine internally. Our bodies know what to do but most people neglect the fact that we need to support this wisdom. Instead, we sabotage our own natural ability to heal ourselves.
“Let food be thy medicine.” *Partnered with mindfulness lifestyle practices such as intuitive eating and physical activity, including mobility training and deep releases of tension.
Opening up blockages and revealing barriers to successes.
I believe that we should not have to wait to be diagnosed with illness in order to make healthy lifestyle changes.

Per hour = $20
Group Rates = $40 per hour
(Content all included)
Full individual programs = $175 for six-month program
The program includes:
• A comprehensive workbook full of facts, tips and tricks, references to resources and relevant reports, and assignments
• Orientation Assessment
• 12 - 75-minute, Bi-weekly Check-ins
• 6 cooking demonstrations (food costs not included)
