About Michael
I've been an Athlete for Countless years. I've been going to the Gym and have also taken part in a variety of sports! For example: Football, Basketball, Track and Field (Athletics), Boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, Ironman Triathlons, American Football and more.
I have my reps level 2 certification for personal training
And I've helped friends and Family reach their goals which range from: Weight loss, Muscle gain, Definition, Improvement of physical wellbeing, Aesthetics and sport specific Goals and more.

My teaching method is analyzing past behaviour and habits with the student, afterwards pointing out the common mistakes being made. After Which I go over how to correct these mistakes, what to focus on instead, and how to target the students weaknesses in order to achieve optimal efficiency to reach their goals. The student then has the opportunity to create a new training plan that will help them reach their desired goals. The student will then perform a variety of Tests related to their goals that will help show their progress as they begin to improve and see results. Not only that but I ensure that the new Workout plan created is equally sustainable as it is effective! Furthermore the Student can contact me at any time for any questions.
