I am a friendly, competent and highly organised teacher with a passion for communicating my love of literature. I love to travel, to cook and to meet new people. My abilities as a teacher have been developed by my academic interest in my subject, and I'm happy to chat about anything from Japanese Literature to the Digital Humanities.

I am dedicated tutor offering hour long lessons weekly, adjustable depending on your need. I will ask for examples of written work, as well as the goals you are working towards, and provide tailored support focusing on improving your confidence and developing your voice first, and from there adapting your writing to suit the specific requirements of your curriculum.
I have worked as a Drama teacher for 3 years for children ages 5 to 18. This was teaching that was highly personalized depending on the needs of my children, and I altered my style depending on the level and age of my pupils. Furthermore, I spent two summers as guidance counselor at ass summer camp. I am a current University of Cambridge student, and am happy to help with any specific requests regarding university applications.
