About Madison
Hi! My name is Madison, and I'm a 23-year-old Marine Biology Master's graduate from the University of Liverpool. I love all things biology and geography, and want to share my passion and knowledge with you. Since graduating, I've worked in teaching. I have experience teaching primary and secondary school aged students, as well as university students. My current role involves working specifically with SEND students. In university, I taught workshops to A Level students, where I fell in love with teaching. I found it so rewarding watching students ask questions and become engaged in learning. I'm an auditory learner, but will work with you to find out what type of learner you are to cater my lessons to you!

I am a tutor in GCSE and A Level Biology and Geography. I am also happy to teach Marine Biology to any age group, from young students with a passion for learning, to those in University who feel they require a bit more one-on-one teaching. I use the students' exam specification to create lessons containing information they are required to learn. Lessons are typically one hour long, and include: - Input from myself (aka the teaching!) - Exam-style question practice - Revision techniques based on your learning preference. My qualifications include an Integrated Master's degree in Marine Biology (1st Class), A Level Geography, Biology, and English Language (AAA). I have been in teaching since graduating, so have experience of tailoring lessons to suit different needs. I have taught Year 2-6, and have worked with SEND students aged 11-18. My GCSE lessons are for students in Years 9-11, whereas my A Level lessons are for those in Year 12-13. I am also happy to teach those going into Year 12 this September! Lessons can be longer upon request.
