About Nosipho
Hello there! My name is Nosipho Koza, and I’m a final-year student at the University of Pretoria, currently completing my Bachelor of Education degree, majoring in isiZulu and Senior Phase & FET teaching. I am passionate about language, education, and helping others reach their full potential—especially in mastering isiZulu, whether for school or personal growth. As a future educator, I bring both academic knowledge and practical teaching experience to every lesson. I understand how challenging language learning can be, so I create a relaxed, supportive environment where my students feel confident, motivated, and comfortable making mistakes as they learn. My teaching is interactive, learner-focused, and adapted to each student’s learning style and level. I offer lessons in both isiZulu and English, and I aim to make each session enjoyable, practical, and tailored to your specific needs—whether you're preparing for exams, improving your conversational skills, or starting as a beginner. As a passionate final-year Education student at the University of Pretoria, majoring in isiZulu, I offer engaging and supportive isiZulu lessons tailored to suit each learner’s unique needs and pace. My teaching approach is learner-centered, meaning I adapt my lessons to match the individual learning styles, goals, and levels of my students.
My lessons focus on building a strong foundation in grammar, vocabulary, speaking, reading, and writing skills. I use real-life examples, conversational practice, and interactive activities to make learning isiZulu practical, enjoyable, and relevant. What makes me unique is my ability to create a safe and encouraging space where learners feel confident to ask questions, make mistakes, and grow.
I am fluent in both isiZulu and English, and I am happy to teach in either or both languages depending on what the learner is most comfortable with. Lessons are structured, yet flexible – typically starting with a review, introducing new content, followed by guided practice and fun recap activities.
My lessons are ideal for high school learners (Grades 7–12), beginner-level speakers, or anyone looking to improve their isiZulu for academic, conversational, or personal reasons.
