About Janielle Domingo
I am currently a first year student attending SFU! As an English major, I have been receiving lots of exposure and help from English profs and TA's. In a couple years from now, I plan to receive my bachelors in order to become an English high school teacher. Since young, whether helping my younger siblings or assisting classmates, I have always loved teaching and explaining.
For my future students, I am so excited for us to work together and successfully achieve realistic goals. I have confidence that anyone will succeed if they are willing to put the time in and practice along side with me!

-During the session, we will study using active recall, interleaving, spacing, and elaboration. With the addition of flashcards for the student to take home and practice with, they can easily improve and advance ahead of their class.
-Possible things we would cover: practicing definitions, reading aloud, analyzing/breaking down texts, improving penmanship, completing homework assignments, tips on how to study, preparing for upcoming tests/exams.
- As a first year English major, I am super passionate about and love playing a role in deepening everyone's appreciation for the English Language. During high school, I had experience working with young kids (teaching them to read) and often helped my own classmates with writing essays and analyzing texts.
- Lessons can be for anyone ages 5-12
