I am not going to lie and say it will be easy but your body and stats will thank me later. I have programs from friends in professional rugby league environments and with my added experience it’s a recipe for success. Training will involve On field work and in the gym work. We will make it enjoyable as well this could be for anyone that just wants to get fit and lift some weights
