About Shreshth
I've taught math from grades 1-12 for almost 3 years. I started as a private tutor and eventually joined a tutoring business. I'm intimately familiar with online and in-person tutoring and hold an 'understanding-based' teaching style which tends to teach students faster and avoid useless extra lessons.

I spend more time teaching students to understand so they spend less time in tutoring and homework.
The first class is often a test to analyze students' mathematical knowledge in their respective courses. After discovering significant problems in their process, I explain the theory behind what they are learning. They require less tutoring and classes and can reduce the time they spend on homework by simply understanding.
I go with their syllabus and as a former high school math club founder, I find myself intimately familiar with almost every math course provided until the 12th grade.
