About Boris
I am here to help first and foremost. I teach at the pace most comfortable for my students and adapt my style of teaching accordingly. The learning environment is a no-pressure and nonjudgmental environment. Knowing when you need help and asking for it is an important skill to have. Having a tutor is a great way to learn and benefit yourself as a student while limiting your stress from studying. I have taught previously in-person and online and my students appreciate the help and enjoyed the sessions. I look forward to my future students and their success. :)

I like to go over the content/curriculum currently being taught but have the student lead the explanation in order to understand where they’re at in terms of the course.
We can gauge what needs to be worked on. Discussion of concepts is vital to greater understanding and improvement in applying what is learned.
Test preparation is likely most important to the student and this will be a large focus of the learning.
I have tutored in person to students in person online in the past and they have seen improvements in their understanding and most importantly, their grades.
