About Jiya

With 3 years of tutoring experience, I have had the privilege of teaching over 300 high school and college students in math. My passion for education drives me to create engaging and supportive learning experiences. I believe that every student has the potential to succeed, and I am dedicated to helping them reach their goals.

One significant milestone in my career was developing a unique teaching method that improved my students' exam scores by an average of 20%. I strive to make math relatable and fun by connecting concepts to real-world applications. My goal is to inspire students not only to excel in their studies but also to develop a lifelong love for learning.

My teaching methodology is grounded in five key principles: Motivation, Empathy, Flexibility, Problem-solving, and Communication.

**Motivation**: I inspire students to develop a genuine interest in math by connecting concepts to real-life situations and setting achievable goals.

**Empathy**: Understanding that every student has unique challenges, I create a supportive atmosphere where they feel comfortable discussing their difficulties.

**Flexibility**: I adapt my teaching style to meet the diverse needs of my students, ensuring that lessons are engaging and tailored to their learning pace.

**Problem-solving**: I focus on developing critical thinking skills by encouraging students to tackle real-world math problems, helping them see the relevance of what they learn.

**Communication**: I promote open dialogue, inviting questions and encouraging discussions to enhance understanding. This collaborative approach fosters a positive learning environment where students feel valued and empowered.

Through this methodology, I aim to make math enjoyable and accessible for all students.
