About Doodler
I have been trained in Bharatanatyam in the renowned Thanjavur style under the expert tutelage of Guru Aruna Subramaniam at Sri Sathya Natayakalaiya Thanjavur for over 15 years. This classical dance form, deeply rooted in tradition and culture, has shaped my dance journey and artistic expression. Over the years, I have honed my skills in intricate Adavus (steps), Abhinaya (expressions), and traditional choreography, making my approach both precise and expressive. With more than 10 years of teaching experience, I have had the privilege of passing on this rich legacy of Bharatanatyam to students of all ages and backgrounds. My expertise extends to teaching children for over 5 years, where I create a nurturing, engaging, and structured learning environment tailored to each child’s pace and ability. My teaching method combines the beauty of classical techniques with an emphasis on personal expression, helping students develop a deep connection with the dance form. As a passionate dancer, I take immense pride in preserving the authenticity of the Thanjavur style while incorporating creativity and passion into my performances and teaching. Whether for professional development or personal enrichment, my goal is to help every student experience the joy and discipline that Bharatanatyam offers.
