I'm Georgia-Leah- it's super lovely to meet you!
I am a dedicated tutor with a passion for helping students achieve their best. With top grades in English and humanities, extensive teaching experience, and a specialization in working with neurodivergent students, I offer tailored and engaging lessons.
Currently pursuing a degree in Performing Arts at the University of the Arts London, I blend creativity with education to inspire confidence and academic success in my students. My experience spans GCSE preparation, ESL teaching, and creative education, ensuring a well-rounded approach to learning.

Teaching Techniques and Pedology
I focus on a student-centred pedology, addressing any particular challenges a student presents first. For GCSE English lessons, I structure my lessons around the curriculum, while for KS1, KS2, and KS3, my approach is more relaxed. My emphasis is on understanding the questions and building confidence. I incorporate a variety of activities to ensure a dynamic and engaging learning experience.
Lesson Length
A typical lesson starts at one hour, offering ample time for activities and comprehensive coverage of the material.
Qualifications and Experience
I have achieved top grades in English and humanities at GCSE (9 in English Language and A's in all humanities subjects) and excelled in A Levels with A*, A, and B. I have a background in creative education, having achieved a Level 4 Creative Practitioner qualification while working with the Theatre in Education company Peer Productions. Currently, I am studying Performance at the University of the Arts London.
I have a specialism in working with students with ASD, ADHD and other neurodivergencies, having worked creatively in SEN schools. I also have a specialism in ESL teaching and am currently completing my Trinity TESOL. I spent a summer teaching abroad in Thailand.
Target Audience
My lessons are designed for GCSE students, as well as younger learners in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. I cater to various age groups and proficiency levels, ensuring personalized and effective tutoring for each student.
